Goa Diaries : Day 1

Hello my lovely people!!

I am super excited to share my experience in Goa with you all. Like everyone, Goa was number 1 on my bucket list!! It’s been 5 years since I was planning to go Goa! Yes! These 5 years went on planning, planning and only planning! And guess what this trip happened without any brainstorming sessions & endless discussions! It was sudden & that made it more exciting! So, guys I ll be sharing my goa diary in 3 different posts because its impossible to write about this super awesome trip in just one post!!

1. Calangute Beach

Our stay was at Calangute Residency. The property is on the Calangute Beach & has a pool & a restaurant facing the sea. The view from our balcony was just breathtaking. Plus we were damn sure about going to the beach every morning. On the first day we woke up at 6 am in the morning to enjoy & soak ourselves in the salty water. The morning temperature was pleasant with cool breeze with very few people going towards the beach. This was the first time I was between the waves and i totally totally loved it.

What I wore

I wore a red & white floral playsuit from H&M to enjoy the first day on the beach. I really loved the back criss cross detailing of this playsuit. Since I was going to beach I only wore my white bow flip flops & I was done. The best part of being at the beach is that you need to dress up minimal. You actually enjoy being yourself. The big waves & the sand gives you so much joy that you forget everything & just live the moment.

2. Aguada Fort

In the afternoon we went to Aguada Fort, which is the most popular tourist destinations of Goa. The view of the endless Arabian sea is so magnificent with boats looking like tiny toys. It is excellent for sight seeing & also stands as a testimony of the Portuguese empire. Aguada lighthouse is the oldest & offers a breathtaking view of the area around.

What I wore

I am simply in love with this outfit. The striped flared palazzos with thigh high slits and a crop top looked amazing on this destination. Though it was sunny, the pleasant cool breeze made for it. This easy breeze outfit was perfect. I styled it with a hat ( which I bought from goa itself) & a cool pair of aviators. The best part of this outfit is that it’s high on style & comfort. I also wore a color coordinated shrug to beat the scorching sun.

3. Deltin Royale Casino
If you want to experience luxury Deltin Royale Casino is the most exciting place to be at! With loads of gaming options, live music & dance performances this place is a must visit. It was the first time I was visiting such place & was really really excited. We had booked our package online. It is a floating cruise in Panjim, Old Goa. The ferry takes you to the huge Deltin Royale cruise which has five levels. You can play at casino, have grand buffet dinner, watch the amazing dance performances, enjoy the rooftop view with candle light dinner & light music all at one place. If you are going goa for the first time, I would recommend that this place is a must visit. ( Since photography is prohibited inside casino, I do not have pictures to show you the same)

What I wore

I wore a Black bodycon dress from #forevernew for this magnificent place. Styling this was super easy as it had statement neckpiece stitched over the net. With a black smokey eye makeup & black crystal heels I was ready to enjoy my night out on the cruise.

  5. Hey, twinklewithmystyle!

OK, I used to be Instagram-”big”, too.

If you are like me, you have scrolled through Instagram, wondering “how do these darn people get so rich and famous”?

I want you to imagine that it is Friday and you have just woken up from a sound sleep.

    You pull out your phone.

    Click the Instragram App.

Hmmm, you think, Over 561 likes on a single picture.

You rise out of the warmth of your bed, stalk to the kitchen. You want a drink, so you place the kettle on for some coffee, and check Instagram again.

    Bam! Another 63 likes.

And another message just popped up. It is from one of your followers asking about your workout regime, and congratulating you on your twelve official month of eating healthy.

A smirk appears on your face as you read another message. This person emailed you to let you know she loves your posts.

As you begin to respond, your phone buzzes again.

Wow, ANOTHER message. You close your phone and throw it in the bag. Time for the gym.
Listen, twinklewithmystyle, most people just aren’t in control of their life. Seriously, they can’t even get themselves to munch a balanced breakfast, much less hit the gym.

Now, let’s learn to take control of your Instagram.

Now, what if you could raise your engagement by 100%, or 1000%?

Truth is, it’s not the most difficult thing in the world to get more. As an example, all the old pros use our website.
